The article analyzes the views of the members of the People’s Freedom Party (also called Constitutional Democrats - Kadets) on Russia’s foreign policy. The author concludes that any political contacts between Russia and Germany caused a negative reaction of Kadets, who were in favor of rapprochement with Britain. They often criticized the alliance with France, especially in 1913-1914. |
