| The article looks into some problems of state protection of the participants of criminal legal proceedings. Several trends of providing state protection to the participants of criminal proceedings are considered. The key issues concerning security of the participants of criminal legal proceedings to be protected by the state are analyzed. In conclusion, some possibilities and ways of using Federal laws and other norms relating to this problem are discussed. |
