| We study the legal framework regulating the sphere of additional professional education of civil servants. Main gaps in the legal regulation of this sphere are examined. An analysis of principal legal acts regulating the sphere of professional education of civil servants is presented. As a result of this study, we suggests some ways for eliminating the existing legal gaps in the current legislation of the Russian Federation. |
