| The article considers the possibility of abuse of rights by officials in the area of the existing administrative legislation. An analysis is presented of the current situation in the area of state control (supervision) and municipal control. The author has developed a system of criteria for distinguishing between unscheduled inspections and administrative inquiries necessary to prevent abuse. |
