| In this article, we consider the relation between such phenomena as supervision and control. The essence of administrative supervision in the sphere of road safety is examined, the goals and objectives of control and supervision in public administration are identified. Particular attention is given to the effectiveness of the regulatory framework from the standpoint of ensuring road safety. |
