| The article focuses on the development of the criminological doctrine of a witness' personality. We consider the epistemological and theoretical premises that cause the expansion of the range of private criminological theories. The possibility of including the criminological doctrine of a witness' personality into the system of the private criminological theory of personality is discussed. |
