| The article studies two conflicts (both occurred in 1626) between captain Valentin Rosworm, chief of Nizhni Nov- gorod outlanders in military service, for the one part, and the city's townsmen along with «Litva», for the other part. Information about Rosworm's arrival in Muscovy, his service in Russia (from 1620s to 1640s), his salary at different stages of his service is provided. |
