The article presents the authors' original approach to establishing organizational relations in civil law. Status-based and regime-based organizational relations in civil law are identified, as well as some key distinctive features of basic organizational relations connected with the mandatory nature of organizational regulations and reflecting cross-sectoral interrelations in civil law. |
