| In this article, the author examines the existing system of interaction between the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government and law enforcement agencies in organizing and holding mass and public events. Some shortcomings in the legal regulation of this system are revealed and a number of proposals for its improvement are suggested. |
