| The subject of research of this article is the institution of administrative responsibility. The author analyzes the validity of the administrative/procedural responsibility as an independent type of legal responsibility. The research is based on legal monitoring of the current legislation on administrative violations. Some proposals are made regarding the reform of the legislation regulating responsibility for procedural violations. |
