The article considers some topical issues of building an effective system of state control over the compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation. The main types and forms of state control in the field of combating corruption are analyzed. The authors identify the subjects that exercise state control over the compliance with anti-corruption legislation and propose some measures to improve state control over the compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation.
