| In this article, personal inviolability is considered from the point of view of civil legal regulation. As a result of reasoning, the author comes to the conclusion that personal integrity is a system-forming civil law concept. Its functional focus is to ensure and protect other personal intangible benefits, in particular those listed in Article 150 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. |
