Abstract
We consider a 5-dimensional Franceschini-Tibaldi dynamical system that depends on one parameter and has a quadratic nonlinearity. Depending on the parameter, equilibrium states are found, their type and bifurcations are identified. Projections of phase portraits are presented along with time dependences of the systems individual variables.
