| The article identifies some directions for improving the human rights concept. Based on an integrated approach,
the authors consider some aspects of the relationship between law and morality, specific features of human rights as
objective and subjective rights. It is proposed to understand positivisation of human rights as the process of formalization
of the philosophical humanistic idea and the actualization of the potential state of human rights. |
