| Seniority is an important concept for each worker and any potential pensioner, since it influences the size of the
pension and retirement age under certain conditions. During the last years, the figures and the procedure for calculating
seniority changed several times. The article presents a review of the former and the current legislation, and also
the prospective changes. |
