| The article examines the patterns of political leadership in Western, Islamic and Russian political cultural traditions.
The author concludes that the decisive role in the formation of the concept of the substance of political leadership
in the given political cultures is played by respective cultural and historical traditions as well as by the religious
factor and the factor of values. |
