Abstract
The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the supersonic jet flow (air or methane) impinging permeable or impermeable obstacles during the initiation of an electrical discharge on the boundary of the jet. It is shown that the initiation of the electrical discharge suppresses intensive self-oscillation of shock-waves fronts, arising in front of permeable and impermeable obstacles.
