Рассматривается зарубежный опыт, в основе которого лежат методы оптимизации процессов получения количественно-качественных характеристик ДНК при исследовании следов пальцев рук, полученных с непористой поверхности, для проведения экспертных идентификационных исследований. Обращается внимание на проблемы, возникающие в процессе получения ДНК при исследовании следов рук и последующей идентификации личности. |
