| Анализируются становление и эволюция форм и методов экспертно-аналитического обеспечения процесса принятия решений со стороны Исследовательской службы Конгресса США (ИСК). Используется историко-генетический подход, позволяющий проследить элементы преемственности и изменчивости в деятельности ИСК в их исторической обусловленности. Современная практика расценивается как синтезирующая преимущества внутренней и внешней экспертизы, что позволяет рассматривать ее в качестве специфической модели экспертно-аналитического обеспечения. |
