| Рассматриваются причины и время появления в позднеримской армии шлемов с продольным гребнем, заимствованных у восточных противников Империи. Сделан вывод о том, что данное заимствование получило широкое распространение в связи с военными реформами императоров Галлиена, Аврелиана и Диоклетиана. |
