Исследуется процесс создания Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО) в результате трансформации Основного соглашения о тарифах и торговле (ГАТТ), основные этапы, их содержание и влияние на основные правила и принципы ВТО, на становление ВТО как глобальной международной организации.
