Аннотация
Белок p53, эволюционно консервативный опухолевый супрессор, может ассоциировать с ядерным матриксом. Проведены фракционирование ядер и очистка ядерного матрикса из клеток нескольких типов и исследовано содержание белка p53 во фракциях клеточного ядра. Показано, что локализация p53 во фракциях хроматина и степень его ассоциации с ядерным матриксом зависят от типа клеток.
