Влияние сероконверсии на изменения в участке HVR1 вируса гепатита С было исследовано в изолятах восьми пациентов. Оценены гетерогенность вирусной популяции, частота аминокислотных замен и влияние положительного селекционного давления на вирусную популяцию. Для определения специфического анти-HVR1 IgG ответа были использованы пептиды вариантов HVR1, выявленных в изолятах пациентов. |
