В обзоре представлены данные литературы, отражающие характер и механизм влияния эстрогенов и прогестерона на структуры мозга человека и животных. Особое внимание уделено нейропротекторным свойствам этих гормонов и перспективам их применения для лечения и профилактики нейродегенеративных заболеваний человека. |
