Аннотация
Рассматривается одна из наиболее актуальных проблем современной политологии. Включение в анализ влияния Интернета на политическое участие граждан позволяет проследить процесс изменения основ власти и её управленческих практик. Политическая роль Интернета находится в центре внимания.
