Аннотация

Изучается роль и место национальных правозащитных учреждений во внешней политике Европей- ского союза, а также тенденций развития их взаимоотношений. Исследуется эволюция политики ЕС в области прав человека в отношениях с третьими странами в рамках политики развития и Европейской политики соседства, дается оценка степени участия в этих отношениях национальных правозащитных учреждений. Проводится сравнительный анализ актов ЕС, регулирующих внешние отношения Союза в области прав человека с различными государствами, и делаются выводы о диверсификации политики ЕС в этой области и различных уровнях взаимодействия ЕС и национальных правозащитных учрежде- ний в различных странах и регионах.
