The aim of this article is to define the specific features of the current state of the international community and its law in the context of current trends and approaches to international law. International security law is considered in the structure of the international community. The key issues of international security cannot be resolved without the use of a broad, integrated approach to the main problems of our time and the evolution of international law. The author emphasizes the need to develop and institutionalize a universal consensus in the theory and rules of the international community. Some general questions of the philosophy of the international community law and the possible directions of the UN reforms are defined.
