| In this article, we examine the types of administrative procedures with respect to key criteria such as the functions of law, legal nature, purpose, scope of implementation, method for initiation of proceedings, scope of legal regulation. Some proposals for improving Russian legislation on the general positive law enforcement procedures of public administration are formulated. |
