The aim of the work is to study the system of administrative ordinances of the State Duma, the Federation Council and their administrative offices in the context of the entirety of regulatory legal acts of state bodies on combating corruption and on the state civil service of the Russian Federation. Research methods include analysis, synthesis, the comparative legal method, legal modeling, and classification. Main results and conclusions are as follows: 1) we present a detailed list of normative legal acts of state bodies, the publication of which is provided for by federal laws on the state civil service of the Russian Federation and on combating corruption, taking into account the practices of the Russian Ministry of Justice; 2) we sum up the results of the analysis of the official websites of the State Duma, the Federation Council, and reference legal systems for the availability of texts of administrative ordinances of the State Duma, the Federation Council and their administrative offices; 3) we give a description of the system of administrative ordinances of the State Duma, the Federation Council and their administrative offices.
