| The article examines the determinants of corruption behavior existing at the stage of the selection process to the police force. Some ways to rationalize the legal framework of the professional guidance measures and measures on identification of potential candidates to the police force are proposed. The legal requirement establishing the entry into service of candidates based on objective and impartial competition procedures only is also proposed. |
