| The article identifies the phenomena of regional law, which are manifested in the public relations of federal states and are consolidated in the norms and acts of the federation subjects. The approaches are substantiated to some problems of research of regional law, which find no unambiguous solutions in modern law science. One of such problems is the definition of the concept of regional law, which is interpreted by researchers ambiguously. |
