The article deals with the problem of preventing corruption behavior when the public prosecutor refuses to support the accusation while considering a criminal case on the merits. It is concluded that the prosecutor who has approved the indictment remains responsible for achieving the goal of criminal prosecution even after sending the criminal case to the court. A concrete proposal is made to improve the mechanism for the public prosecutor’s refusal to maintain the charge. |
