| We identify and analyze the main problematic issues in the implementation of the state oversight and control in the area of workers' health protection, while ensuring the constitutional rights to health, healthy environment, and safe work. Based of our research, some proposals are given regarding the improvement of the oversight and control mechanisms and some changes to be introduced in the Federal and regional legislation. |
