| The article presents a comparative analysis of Russian federal legislative regulations that determine the ways of terrorism and extremism prevention; the objects of criminal and criminological research of these phenomena are described. The author identifies a number of gaps and collisions in the current criminal legislation and proposes some ways to improve it. |
