| In this article, we examine the concept of corruption in Russia's budgetary process and consider its various aspects and factors. The authors provide an analysis of corruption as a result of a lack of citizens' legal culture and legal consciousness, the population's mentality and low level of living, as well as the imperfection of the state's bureaucratic system. It is concluded that corruption starts from small things and leads to negative consequences in all spheres of society and state. |
