The article looks at some problematic aspects of the concept of complicity in a crime and its characteristics. From a по pro and contra perspective, the possibility of complicity with persons who are not subject to criminal liability is considered. The question is raised about applying the concept of "complicity" to crimes with a careless form of guilt in the Russian criminal law. Based on the collected material, some amendments are proposed to the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
