| Based on the analysis of the current state of legal regulation and law enforcement practice, the author has studied the provision of publicity by public prosecutors in the proceedings performed by courts and non-judicial organs of administrative jurisdiction on cases involving administrative offences. Conclusions and proposals are illustrated by materials of judicial practice in cases on protection of Prosecutor's office's interests. |
