| This article presents an overview of the main concepts concerning the interpretation of civil contracts used in different countries. Different ways of interpretation used in the Russian Federation are considered; the practice of their application is analyzed. The authors come to the conclusion that the tendencies of borrowing certain foreign concepts of contract interpretation by the Russian legal system are increasing. |
