| The article discusses some problems of applying regional legislation on administrative violations. As a solution to these problems, it is proposed to amend Article 28.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation defining the powers of the officials of the internal affairs bodies (police) to draw up protocols on relevant administrative violations provided for by the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation without the need for an agreement. |
