The Eurasians were an association of young scientists who emigrated from Russia after the October Revolution and the Civil War. It occupies a prominent place in the intellectual history of the Russian diaspora before the Second World War. This article examines the Eurasians' ideas about the Soviet system at its initial stage. The present study also compares the concept of the Eurasian ideocracy and Bolshevik ideas related to state construction that were reflected in the first Soviet Constitution of 1918.
