| The article argues that citizens’ volunteering being a part of civil society self-organization has the human rights defense nature. In Russian legal doctrine and regulatory enforcement, there is uncertainty regarding the essence, content and regulation models of volunteer activity. Adequate legal regulation of volunteering will allow it to be fully incorporated into the human rights system of society and will contribute to the legal protection of the individual. |
