| This article examines some topical issues of administrative responsibility in the financial market. The author analyzes the measures of responsibility provided by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. It follows from our analysis that the legislation in a number of aspects is contradictory and inconsistent. Based on the analysis and law enforcement practice, some proposals are made to improve the administrative legislation. |
