The article discusses some issues of ensuring the rights of citizens in the field of healthcare by prosecution authorities. The statistics of violations in the field of healthcare revealed by the prosecution authorities are given, some examples of the most common offenses and the measures taken by the public prosecutor's office are considered. As a result of the analysis, the important role of the prosecution authorities in protecting citizens' constitutional rights is emphasized. The lack of openness and transparency in the work of the prosecution authorities in this area is also noted.
