In this paper, some theoretical and applied issues of overcoming counteraction to public prosecution in the process of presentation of evidence in criminal proceedings are considered. The author's vision of the main forms and acts of such counteraction is presented. Based on this vision, the concept of tactics for overcoming the counteraction is given. The necessity of using the algorithmic approach to the process of overcoming the counteraction is justified. Some elements of tactics aimed at optimizing the process of public prosecution are proposed, taking into account typical acts of counteraction to this activity.
