The practice of audio recording examinations, as well as linguistic and authorship forensic examinations of crime traces reflected in the oral (recorded) or written texts shows that these traces are often modified in accordance with the criminal plan aimed to disguise the fact of a crime or to falsify its circumstances. Due to this, to have a full and comprehensive text research, one should carry out an analysis of the boarder context including the factors of extralinguistic situation, in particular, the extralinguistic context that covers not only the functioning of the text, but also an earlier stage, its creation. The article describes the development of the methodological framework for the analysis of the components of a situation of producing written and oral (prepared) texts. Various options of these components' implementation are considered, as well as their hierarchical positions, based on the content of the concept «preparedness».
