The article deals with the implementation of one of the directions of the reform of control and supervisory activities - the prevention of violations of mandatory requirements in the implementation of state control. The problems arising during the implementation of control and supervisory activities are analyzed. We propose some ways to improve the measures for the prevention of violations of mandatory requirements that increase its effectiveness and improve the interaction between regulatory bodies and controlled entities.
