In this article, we examine some current issues concerning the implementation of the principle of justice in modern Russia in the context of the right to work, analyze a number of problematic issues of protecting citizens’ labor rights, formulate some approaches to improving legislation and law enforcement practice in protecting citizens’ labor rights. A review is given of the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation on the protection of the right to work and the restoration of social justice.
