| The term «other», as well as words with the same root has been used more than 260 times in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. In some cases, its use is justified. In some others cases, it is redundant or unreasonable. This creates certain problems when reading and applying the law. Such situations need to be addressed, and the aim of the article is to examine these questions. |
