| It is well recognized in the theory of civil law that the subject of civil law should include social relations. In this article, the author proceeds from the fact that along with social relations, the actions of citizens and legal entities, which are covered by the concept of the subject of civil law, are also exposed to the legal impact. It is proved that this approach is the most promising for creating an effective mechanism of legal regulation. |
