We consider some problems related to administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of advertising on the Internet. The relevance of the topic is due to the obvious and widespread human activity in network sources and to the development of advertising on the Internet. Internet users are constantly subjected to advertising in the course of their active use of network resources. In the law enforcement practice of government bodies and arbitration courts, there are various examples of prosecution of business entities for violations of the legislation on advertising, but the current legislation seems outdated, incomplete, and causes legal uncertainty. According to the author, the powers of the respective bodies also need to be improved. As a result of the study of some features of administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation on advertising, a number of existing problems were identified and ways to solve them were proposed.
